Quick trip to MS

Again I am behind on blogging.    Me and the girls made a quick trip to meet my sister there.  I was so excited my brother drove up too and surprised us.  It had been a while since my parents had all 3 of their kids together.   Here a just a few pictures from that weekend.

Christmas Time

It was so awesome to have Rusty off the whole week of Christmas.  We had the best time with the girls and just spending time as a family.  Rusty had to work the day after Christmas so we stayed at home and just spend Christmas with us 4.  

We took the girls to Bass Pro to take a picture with Santa. But they had ran out of tickets by the time we got there.  

Sunday before Christmas

Our Elf, Jingle, brought the girls a Gingerbread house.

Monday night we went Christmas light looking.

Sadie thought it would be a great idea to write on herself with a permanent marker.  :( I was able to get it off her face thankfully but it took a couple of days to get it off everywhere else.

Christmas Eve we went to a Christmas Eve church service. Then we took the girls to Prairie Lights.    We went to eat out first. 

Our course we had to have our hot chocolate with lots of marshmallows.  

When we got home we had to put cookies and milk out for Santa.

Santa came.  As you can see it looks dark outside.  That is because the girls woke us up at 4:30 to open presents.  

My sweet girl insisted I open the first present.  How sweet is that??    It was her gift to me.  She picked out a picture frame that I Love and matches my house prefect.  She did good. :)

You can see excitement on her face. 

Rusty surprised me with the diamond wedding band.  It has 10 diamonds for the 10 years we have been together.   I LOVE it and was completely surprised. 

Sadie fell sleep in her new chair and slept for 3 hours.  
We spent the day just playing with the girls and relaxing.  The day was Prefect!!!!

Catching up Part 2

December was such a fun month and I am kinda sad that Christmas is over. 

We had an ice storm one weekend.   We didn't leave the house and had a fire going almost the entire weekend. It was nice to cuddle with the girls and watch movies.   

 In the middle of December we went to Lake Charles to visit Rusty 's sister and so Rusty could hunt.  We had the best time.  Those 3 girls played and played. 

 We got to be there for Pauly's first birthday!!  I had fun helping Kristy decorate.  And Pauly was adorable eating his cake. 

This is where Sadie slept.  :)  That was her old bed.  

 Braylee was trying to brush Pauly's hair. They became best buds.  Sadie not so much though.  They kept fighting over toys.

 While we were there Chase had a band concert.  He did such a great job.

We had the best time in LC.  Thanks Kristy for letting us crash at your house for 6 days.

  We miss yall.

The girls had Christmas parties our last day before our break.  

I am so thankfully for their preschool.  I have enjoyed working there and being there with my girls.
