Day 5-Your favorite recipe

My favorite Meal is Swedish Chicken. Hands down.  I love it and could eat it once a week.   It may take a long time to cook but it is super easy.  I'm actually going to make it this week. 

Swedish Chicken.

Ingredients
chicken breast cut in half
bacon (i use turkey bacon)
Chipped beef (by the canned meat like tuna fish; it is in a glass jar)
8 oz sour cream
Can of mushroom
Can of celery

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.  Cover the dish in the chipped beef (I recommend NOT using a glass Pyrex because I think it dries it out. I use a metal pan)
Then wrap a piece of bacon around the chicken. And lay it on top of the chipped beef. 

Next mix the sour cream, can of mushroom, and can of celery in a separate bowl.  Then add to the top of the chicken.  Cover with tin foil.  Bake 4 hours on 250.

It makes a white gravy that I eat over rice.  

I am getting hungry thinking about it.  :)
