OK I am soooo behind on blogging. We have been busy around here. I had family here for a week Then we have been going to play dates and I've been busy focusing changing my diet. I have been extremely tired lately and my legs were aching a lot. So I went to a osteopathic dr. He was amazing. He has me on a strict no sugar, yeast or anything processed diet. That has taken a lot of my time lately. I am also doing several cleanses and taking an anti fungal. I am starting to feel better. I still have a long way to go. I have to be on this diet for 7 more weeks. After the 7 weeks I can eat more fruits and a little bread. But I plan on trying to stay away from caffeine, sugar, and processed foods as much as possible.
Ok So on to my goals.
1. To do a better job having daily bible study time.
2. To put more focus on Rusty and meeting his needs
3. To do more crafts with the girls and not let them watch tv as much
(aren't they so cute in the outfits Mimi made them)
4. To stay on my diet and the plan my dr gave me to follow
