Catching up Part 1

The last couple of months have been crazy busy and I have neglected my little blog.   So I am going to try to catch up.   The middle of November Rusty went to Louisiana to go duck hunting so I asked my parents to keep us company while he was gone.   We had a great time but they wore me out. :)  I think I shopped more the few days they were here than I have in the last 4 months. We also took the girls to the zoo.

The week after they left I decided to go ahead and put my tree up.

The night we decorated the tree we had a special supper and I made Snowman pancakes and donuts.  Sweet Braylee insisted on us decorating the table. :)

We had a little program at the girls preschool.  Both my girls were so precious.

Braylee and one of her little friends Katy.

I decided to change my Christmas decorations up. I had so much fun using pinterest and make most everything.  I made these little snow globes.
 I also made our stockings

The Tuesday before Thanksgiving Rusty's twin sister and her daughter Peyton came to see us.
These girls had so much fun and I don't think they fought once the whole time they were here.  Then Wednesday Rusty's others sister and her family came up.
Sweet cousins Thanksgiving day at Mawmaw and Pawpaw's house.

That Friday my girls rode with Kristy to Mississippi.  We had a surprise birthday party for Rusty's grandmother.  Rusty's parents, his uncle, both sisters, and 2 of Rusty's cousins along with the families all followed each other there. I think there was 24 total.   I'm sure it was a fun and interesting trip.  Unfortunately Rusty had to work Friday night so we didn't get to leave till early Saturday morning.

 Looking at the photo albums.

Laurie, Mawmaw G and Rusty.
She turned 92.  She had everyone of her grandchildren but two there.  It was such a special surprise.
We all stayed in a hotel that night after the party.  Great memories.   It was so sad having to say goodbye to everyone especially Laurie and Peyton.  They live in Utah and we don't get to see them near like we would like to.

The next day since we were so close we went to see my family for a couple of days.   While we were there we went to the Christmas parade I grew up going to. The girls loved it.

On the way home we stopped by Duck Dynasty place.  That was a lot of fun and we
got to see Mrs kay from a distance :)
